Welcome To Crystal's Blog

It is my prayer that God will use my writings to bless you today. I write straight from the heart. I write as a venue to praise God, and grow as a woman. I am a woman saved by grace! I am married to the most amazing man, and I have been blessed with four beautiful children. God uses my family to teach me and subsequently increases my faith in Him. At times I write through tears of joy, and at times tears of sorrow. Join me as I honestly share my heart and give God praise for His love!

Lord Lean Me To The Cross

I remember the first time we drove to First Baptist Church of Weymouth. It was in early January, 2010. Our family was temporarily transitioning from Korea to Cambridge. Ma. My husband Robert searched Awana's on the computer and this church came up. Little did we know that God through this church would forever alter our faith toward a fuller and meaningful Christian walk. God lead us to worship with a God-Fearing congregation. The moment I walked into the sanctuary I immediately knew God wanted us to worship at this church. Never once did I take our time to worship for granted. For I knew that before I blinked we would live through yet another transition. I can't explain the connection our family shared with God and the people at FBC. Except for 1Corinthians 12:12 "The body is a unit, though it is made up many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ." The members of the church portray this verse. Many people, many talents, many sins, but much love and compassion. Our time worshiping at FBC was "God loving "us" through the church". The Biblical teaching, the unconditional love, the loving conviction, and the wonderful friends we gained in 8 months is astounding. I thank God for his provision over the live's of my family members. I thank Him for the relationships we develop through our transitions. I thank Him for ALWAYS guiding us to His people and His church no matter the place of our abode.
